选择INA轴承类型时,主要应考虑以下五个方面的因素:
When choosing INA bearing type, the following five factors should be considered:
1)载荷的方向、大小和性质:向心轴承主要承受径向载荷,推力轴承主要受轴向载荷。INA轴承同时承受径向和轴向载荷时,可选用角接触球轴承和圆锥滚子轴承。轴向载荷较小时,也可以选用深沟球轴承。通常滚子INA轴承的承载能力高于球INA轴承,且承受冲击载荷的能力较强。
1) Load direction, size and nature: radial load is the main bearing, thrust bearing is mainly subjected to axial load. When INA bearings bear radial and axial loads simultaneously, angular contact ball bearings and tapered roller bearings can be used. Deep groove ball bearings can also be used when the axial load is small. Usually the roller INA bearing has higher bearing capacity than the ball INA bearing and bears strong impact load.
2)转速:INA轴承的工作转速通常应低于极限转速n,深沟球轴承、角接触球轴承和圆柱滚子轴承的极限转速较高,适用于高速运转场合,而推力轴承的极限转速较低。
2) Speed: The working speed of INA bearings should usually be lower than the limit speed n. The limit speed of deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings is higher, which is suitable for high-speed operation occasions, while the limit speed of thrust bearings is lower.
3)调心性能:当两个INA轴承座孔的同轴度不能保证或轴的挠度较大时,应考虑选用调心球轴承或调心滚子轴承。
3) Centering performance: When the coaxiality of two INA bearing seat holes can not be guaranteed or the shaft deflection is large, it should be considered to choose the center-aligning ball bearing or roller bearing.
4)刚度要求:通常滚子INA轴承的刚度大于球INA轴承,而角接触球轴承、圆锥滚子轴承采用预紧方法可以进一步提高支承的刚度。
4) Rigidity requirements: usually the stiffness of roller INA bearings is greater than that of ball INA bearings, and angular contact ball bearings and tapered roller bearings can be further improved by pre-tightening method.
5)支承限位要求:固定支承限制两个方向的轴向位移,可以选用能承受双向轴向载荷的INA轴承,单向限位可选用能承受单向轴向载荷的INA轴承,游动支承不限位,可选用内、外圈可以分离的圆柱滚子轴承。
5) Support limit requirements: Fixed support to limit the axial displacement in two directions, can be selected to withstand two-way axial load INA bearings, one-way limit can be selected to withstand one-way axial load INA bearings, swimming support is not limited, can be used inside and outside ring can be separated cylindrical roller bearings.
