如何通过声音判断NSK圆柱滚子轴承使用问题

  NSK圆柱滚子轴承利用听觉来辨识不规则的运转是一种很普通的方法,例子如借助电子式听诊器来查觉某一零件的不正常噪音是有经验操作员使用。轴承若是处于良好的运转状况会发出低的呜呜声音,若是发出尖锐的嘶嘶音圆柱滚子轴承、吱吱音及其它不规则的声音、通常表示轴承处于不良的运转状况。

  尖锐的吱吱噪音可能是由于不适当的润滑所造成的。不适当的NSK轴承间隙也会造成金属声。NSK圆柱滚子轴承外圈轨道上的凹痕会引起振动,并造成平顺清脆的声音,若是由于安装时所造成的敲击伤痕也会产生噪音,此噪音会随著NSK轴承转速的高低而不同。若是有间歇性的噪音,则表示滚动件可能受损,NSK圆柱滚子轴承此声音是发生在当受损表面被辗压过时,轴承内若有污染物常会引起嘶嘶音,严重的轴承损坏会产生不规则并且巨大的噪音。

  轴承损坏固然可藉由听力来查觉,但是通常此时已经到了NSK轴承必须马上被更换不可。所以,较好的方法例如使用如电子式状况监测仪器,NSK圆柱滚子轴承预先疹断轴承的运转情况。
