对NTN轴承设备的定期检修、运转及外围零件更换时被拆卸下来的NTN轴承进行检查时，需要依次判断次NTN轴承零件是否可再次使用和记录使用情况的好于坏。还要要仔细调查和记录被拆下来的NTN轴承和外观情况。为了弄清和调查润滑剂的剩余量，取样以后，要很好地清洗一下NTN轴承。

g.内圈内径面或外圈外径上有蠕变的。

i.润滑脂密封NTN轴承的密封圈和防尘盖破损来严重的。
