如何防治SKF轴承在安装过程中的变形问题

  在SKF轴承安装中,各工程师关心的就是如何正确操作了,如果操作不当很可能会造成SKF轴承的损伤。如在高速条件下运转,而且工作温度较高,应特别注意旋转套圈的配合不可过松,以防止出现偏心振动,以及固定套圈的配合不可出现间隙,以防止套圈在负荷下变形并激发振动。

  旋转套圈灼过盈量在可能范围内也宜取得较小。只要切实保证工作温度下的热膨胀影响,以及高转速下的离心力影响,才不致造成紧配合表面的蠕动或滑动。固定套圈根据工作载荷大小和SKF轴承尺寸,选取极小的间隙配合或过盈配合,过松或过紧都不利于保持原来精确的形状。

  有时载荷的方向和大小无法确切地判定,例如在高速旋转机械中,除所承受转子重量为方向固定的载荷而外,还有不平衡质量所引起的旋转载荷,如果这种旋转载荷比固定载荷大得多,则其合成载荷仍为旋转载荷;而如果旋转载荷比固定载荷小得多,则合成载荷为摆动载荷。不论旋转载荷还是摆动载荷, SKF轴承其大小和方向都在不断变化。而在可变工作状态下,有的套圈所受载荷可能时而是旋转载荷,时而是固定载荷,又时而是摆动载荷。这种载荷称为不定载荷。
